*No Parties or Events* Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy. *Check-In/Check-Out* Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur a fee due to enhanced cleaning measures and third-party cleaning schedules. Guests overstaying or delaying housekeeping will be liable for associated costs. *No Shoes on Carpet* Please don’t wear shoes on the carpet. If there is an excessive amount of dirt on the carpet, we will have to charge a $50 fee to steam clean. *No Smoking or Drugs* Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited, including on decks. Violations of the smoking policy incur a $250 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. *No Commercial Use* Commercial photography and videography without written consent are strictly prohibited. *Illegal Activities Prohibited* Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited. *Guest Limits* The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Exterior cameras are in use. Violations will be enforced. *Guest Responsibility* Guests are responsible for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises. Any property damage must be reported to host. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit or reported to the booking platform. *Consumable Amenities* Initial supplies of amenities like toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed. *Quiet Hours* Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM daily. *Amenities* We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are in working order. If an amenity fails mechanically and cannot be used during your stay, we will refund $15 for every 24 hours the amenity is unusable, provided we are properly notified. No refunds are issued for improper use by guests. *Internet Service* Wireless internet is provided as a courtesy. Service can sometimes be unpredictable. We are not responsible for internet issues or provide technical support, and no refunds are issued for internet service problems. *Pet Policy* For the time being, we are not accepting pets, aside from service animals. *Agreement to House Rules* Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with these House Rules. Violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
